This notice covers visiting our public website and sending a message through the contact form. Client engagements may have separate privacy and confidentiality terms.

Visiting this website

Your browser sends technical information when it requests a page, such as your IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes requests to deliver and protect the website.

Contacting CyberImmune

The contact form collects your name, work email, company, topic, what is driving the request, and your message. That submission is sent to HubSpot so we can reply. We reply the same business day. You can also email vapt@cyberimmune.com. Please avoid including passwords, access tokens, or sensitive customer data in an initial message.

Website resources and third parties

The website serves its logo and fonts locally. Some article or client images may come from external providers; requesting those images sends technical request information to the relevant provider. Links to external websites are subject to those websites’ privacy practices.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate page traffic, and the HubSpot tracking script to understand visits that lead to a contact request. These tools may store a cookie and process technical information such as the page URL, referrer, and a browser identifier. The site does not run advertising pixels or a visitor account system. Hosting and security infrastructure may also process technical information to operate and protect the site.
